Up to 5 Light Bulb Replacements
Replace up to five customer-provided bulbs in standard-height, readily accessible fixtures.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Clean one readily accessible dryer exhaust duct and exterior termination — up to approximately 25 feet equivalent length.
Under-Sink Leak Check
Visual check beneath readily accessible sinks for signs of active leaks or moisture.
Exterior Faucet & Hose Winterization
Disconnect garden hoses, shut off water supply (at accessible interior shutoff) and drain lines where applicable. Visually check for leaks or damage.
